    Practice of Drill Pipe Manufacturing Technology at Baosteel

    • 摘要: 鉆桿是油井管中服役條件最苛刻,使用性能、質(zhì)量可靠性要求最高的產(chǎn)品。通過對(duì)煉鋼、加厚、熱處理、矯直、摩擦焊等工序的持續(xù)研究,寶鋼對(duì)影響鉆桿質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo),如材質(zhì)的純凈度、內(nèi)加厚過渡區(qū)Miu長(zhǎng)度、韌性、直度等進(jìn)行了持續(xù)改進(jìn)與提高,滿足了不斷發(fā)展的鉆井技術(shù)的迫切需求。

       

      Abstract: Among the OCTG pipes,the drill pipe is required to be suitable for the most critical service conditions,and with the most satisfactory operation performance and the highest quality.Thanks to continuous studies on related manufacturing processes such as steelmaking,upsetting,heart treatment,straightening and friction welding,and so on as conducted by Baosteel,the key technical parameters which affect the quality of the drill pipe are improved and enhanced,including the steel cleanness,and the length in Miu of internal upset transitional area,toughness and straightness of the pipe.As a result,the drill pipes produced by Baosteel have met the urgent demand for such products to cope with the increasingly developed oil well-drilling technologies.
