摘要: 從工藝流程、組成結構、工作原理、控制方式等方面入手，介紹基于西門子Simotion運動控制系統(tǒng)的高速銑邊機在HFW生產線上的應用。包括高速銑邊機電氣控制部分西門子Simotion運動控制器及S120驅動器、伺服電機及基恩士光柵傳感器的技術應用原理，銑邊機的機械組成和生產工藝，銑邊機的工作原理和運動控制邏輯及功能動作。

Abstract: The application of a high speed edge milling machine on HFW production bine based on Siemens Simotion motion control system is introduced，starting with process flow，structure，working principle and control methods etc..The discussed details include the technical principles of Siemens Simotion motion controllers and S120 modular drives，servo motors and Keyence grating sensors in the electrical control system of the high speed edge milling machine；the mechanical structure and manufacturing techniques of the milling machine；and the working principle，motion control logic and functionnal movements of the milling machine.
