    Φ159mm MPM連軋管機的孔型開發(fā)與優(yōu)化

    Development and Optimization of Passes of Φ159 mm MPM

    • 摘要: 孔型設(shè)計是MPM限動芯棒連軋管機的技術(shù)核心,孔型參數(shù)的選擇將直接影響到軋制過程是否順利和產(chǎn)品的幾何尺寸精度、表面質(zhì)量及軋制力能參數(shù)的變化。介紹了鞍鋼新鋼鐵股份有限公司無縫鋼管廠為了有效利用芯棒,擴大產(chǎn)品規(guī)格范圍,以及提高產(chǎn)品的幾何尺寸精度,對Φ159mm MPM限動芯棒連軋管機的孔型設(shè)計開發(fā)進行有益嘗試。通過適當修改從德國SMSMeer公司引進的MPM數(shù)學(xué)模型有關(guān)參數(shù),可成功運行所設(shè)計孔型的軋制表并能軋出優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼管。

       

      Abstract: Pass design is the core technology of the MPM,and determination of the pass parameters is directly related to consistency of rolling process,product dimensional tolerances,surface quality and the variation of the rolling energetic parameters,etc. Described in the paper are the efforts in developing pass design of the Φ159 mm MPM by Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Angang Xingangtie(New Iron & Steel)Co.,Ltd. in a bid to effectively using the mandrels,expand the product size range and improve tube dimensional accuracies. Thanks to proper modification of the MPM math model as introduced from Germany SMS Meer GmbH,the rolling schedule with the passes as designed has been operated successfully to produce high quality tubes.
