    新型三輥抱芯裝置的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計

    Design of Mechanism of New Type Three-roll Plug Steadier

    • 摘要: 三輥抱芯裝置是無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)線的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,闡述了軋管機(jī)三輥抱芯裝置的工作原理。采用解析法設(shè)計出能確保3組四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)同步運(yùn)動的三輥抱芯裝置。該裝置易于裝卸與維護(hù),結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、外形小,開口度容易控制,增加了軋制過程的穩(wěn)定性,有利于提高無縫鋼管的產(chǎn)品尺寸精度。

       

      Abstract: The three-roll plug steadier is one of the key units of the seamless steel tube operation line.The work theory of the pipe mill plug steadier is described.With the analytic method, a new three-roll plug steadier which ensures the synchronous movement of the three sets of 4-linkage mechanisms is successfully designed.Thanks to the said design, the new type three-roll plug steadier has such advantages as being easy for assembling/disassembling and maintenance, simplified structure, compact outline and easy control of opening so as to enhance the consistent rolling operation and improve the dimensional accuracy of the tube.
