    Practical Experience of Shipment of Large-sized Low Steel Grade Weld Pipes for Sea Transportation

    • 摘要: 針對某海洋管道項目用Φ1 016mm×15.9mm規(guī)格X52鋼級雙面螺旋埋弧焊管，經(jīng)海運到達中轉(zhuǎn)站后3層堆放，抽檢時1/3鋼管的橢圓度達不到技術(shù)條件要求的情況，分析了生產(chǎn)原始數(shù)據(jù)、現(xiàn)場測量抽查結(jié)果，并查閱相關(guān)資料，找出了造成橢圓度超標的原因，并提出了具體的改進措施。

       

      Abstract: The Φ1 016 mm×15.9 mm X52 double-sided spiral SAW pipes for an offshore pipe line project are shipped by sea to the transfer station where they are piled with three layers.A random check for the stored pipes shows thatone third thereof have their ovality beyond the standard requirement.The causes for this problem are found outbymeans of analyzing relevant raw production data and data from the random inspectionmade at the storage site，and consulting related documents.Accordingly，specific countermeasures are proposed.
