摘要: 在實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,初步探討了Y型三輥冷連軋小直徑金屬管工藝的可行性,分析了在合適的孔型系統(tǒng)中金屬管的變形規(guī)律,給出了鋼管減徑的軋制模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究證明,該工藝可行。Abstract: Based on the experimental study, the co-authors discuss preliminarily the feasibility of the process for rolling small diameter metal pipes with Y type 3-roll continuous cold rolling mill, analyze the deformation pattern of metal pipes in the applicable passes and present the rolling simulation for pipe O.D. reduction, It has been proven via relevant pilot operations that this process is practical.
