Technological Design and Application of Continuous Passing Electromagnetic Induction Heating Furnace for Hot-rolled Seamless Steel Tube Production

摘要: 簡述了電磁感應(yīng)加熱方式應(yīng)用于熱軋無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)中荒管再加熱的優(yōu)越性。結(jié)合應(yīng)用實(shí)例提出了直通式電磁感應(yīng)加熱爐的工藝設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)控制的組成, 并針對(duì)其應(yīng)用中可能存在的問題提出了解決辦法。Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the advantages of the electromagnetic induction heating process employed for shell reheating in seamless steel tube manufacturing. Based on application examples, the technological design tips and the configuration of the system automatic control of the continuous passing electromagnetic heating furnace are elaborated, and solutions for expected problems relating to application of the furnace are proposed.
