    平三角孔型軋制小直徑鋼管的彈塑性三維有限元分析

    Three-dimensional FE Elastic-plastic Analysis for Process of Small-sized Steel Pipe-rolling with Plane Triangular Pass

    • 摘要: 針對(duì)生產(chǎn)小直徑管材傳統(tǒng)方法的不足,提出用Y型軋機(jī)軋制小直徑無縫鋼管的新工藝;并在有限元變形理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用MSC.Marc有限元軟件和接觸分析技術(shù)對(duì)平三角孔型連軋小直徑鋼管過程進(jìn)行了三維彈塑性熱力耦合模擬仿真,以動(dòng)態(tài)圖像形式反映了金屬的變形過程,得到應(yīng)變分布情況。為Y型軋機(jī)在小直徑鋼管生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the shortcomings of the convenient manufacturing processes for small-sized pipes, a new process for the same purpose with the Y type mandrel mill is proposed.Furthermore, based on the FE deformation theory, simulation of the three-dimensional elastic-plastic thermal coupling of the process to roll small pipes with the plane triangular-passed mandrel mill is conducted with the MSC.Marc FE software and the contact-analysis technology, showing the metal deformation process with dynamic pictures and resulting in the strain distribution pattern.The simulation result can be used not only as the basis for application of the said Y type mandrel mil to produce small sized pipes.
