    • 摘要: 列舉直縫埋弧焊管常見的外觀缺陷、焊接缺陷以及母材缺陷，分析各缺陷的產(chǎn)生原因，并針對(duì)不同缺陷提出預(yù)防措施。建議從生產(chǎn)和檢驗(yàn)兩個(gè)方面著手解決鋼管缺陷問(wèn)題，根據(jù)各種缺陷特點(diǎn)選用合適的無(wú)損探測(cè)方法，并制定合理的檢驗(yàn)工藝，避免缺陷的錯(cuò)檢、漏檢。

       

      Abstract: Common defects on LSAW pipes such as appearance defects,welding defects and base metal defects are introduced.Causes of these defects are analyzed,and precaution measures are put forward accordingly.It is recommended to tackle the defect problems from both production and inspection sides,choose appropriate NDT methods according to the characteristics of different defects and establish a reasonable inspection procedure to avoid false defects and missing defects.
