    套銑管的研制與開發(fā)

    DEVELOPMENT OF FISHING-BOWL PIPE

    • 摘要: 以MnV鋼及CrMo系鋼種分別作為N80、X95級套銑管用鋼,采用軋后余熱直接淬火+回火的生產(chǎn)工藝,試制出綜合力學(xué)性能良好的套銑管。介紹了N80級和X95級套銑管的主要技術(shù)要求、化學(xué)成分、生產(chǎn)工藝流程及力學(xué)性能。

       

      Abstract: As a result of a successful trial production, N80 and X95 fishing-bowl pipes with satisfactory comprehensive mechanical properties have been produced with MnV steel and CrMo steels and by means of the process of direct quenching & tempering. Also described here are such main aspects concerning the said pipes as technical specifications, chemical composition, process flow as well as mechanical properties.
