空心抽油桿螺紋黏結(jié)原因分析及預(yù)防

Cause Analysis of and Preventative Actions Against Thread Galling of Hollow Sucker Rod

摘要: 介紹了空心抽油桿的螺紋結(jié)構(gòu)、加工工藝和基本使用條件。對出現(xiàn)螺紋黏結(jié)的桿頭和接箍進(jìn)行了材料成分和性能分析，對使用現(xiàn)場的相關(guān)設(shè)備、操作過程進(jìn)行了追蹤檢查，指出了空心抽油桿螺紋黏結(jié)既與制造質(zhì)量有關(guān)，也與現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用不當(dāng)相關(guān)。同時(shí)對空心抽油桿的螺紋黏結(jié)給出了預(yù)防措施，并對現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的進(jìn)一步完善提出了相關(guān)建議。

Abstract: Described here in the paper are the thread type, processing technology and basic application conditions of the hollow sucker rod.Relevant analyses of chemical composition and properties of the thread-galling rod head and coupling are conducted.And the related field-used equipment and operation process are followed up and checked.As a result, it is identified that thread galling of the hollow sucker rod is not only related to the manufacture quality, but also to the maloperation in the field.Accordingly, preventative actions against the said galling failure are determined, while proposal for further completing prevailing applicable standard is put forward.
