    Design and Development of TP-G2 Premium Connection for G3 Anti-corrosion Alloy Tubing

    • 摘要: 介紹G3耐蝕合金油管特殊螺紋接頭TP-G2的設(shè)計開發(fā)情況。運(yùn)用有限元分析結(jié)合全尺寸實(shí)物試驗(yàn)，建議TP-G2采用負(fù)角度偏梯形螺紋設(shè)計，且其內(nèi)螺紋齒高略高于外螺紋，合理的密封面角度和密封過盈量配合，并在接箍中部設(shè)計有負(fù)角度扭矩臺肩，對內(nèi)外螺紋采用鍍銅或噴砂處理，以保證接頭具有良好的抗螺紋黏結(jié)能力，以及在復(fù)合載荷下具有優(yōu)異的氣密封能力。生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用實(shí)踐表明：設(shè)計開發(fā)的特殊螺紋接頭TP-G2具有良好的抗螺紋黏結(jié)性能、密封性能，和較大的抗彎曲能力及較高的抗壓縮能力，使用可靠。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the design and development of the TP-G2 premium connection for the G3 anti-corrosion alloy tubing.Relevant finite element analysis(FEA)and the full-scale material object test are conducted.As a result, it is suggested to design the TP-G2 with the negative angle buttress thread, and get the inner thread tooth just a little bit higher than that of the outer one;ensure proper interference fit between the sealing face angle and the seal, and design the shoulder with a negative angle in the middle of the coupling;get both the inner and outer threads treated with the copper plating and the shot-blast processes to ensure the connection to have good gulling-resistance, and excellent air-tightening performance under any combined loading.The actual operation practice shows that the TP-G2 premium connection as designed and developed is in possession of such advantages as good gulling-resistance and sealing performance, rather high bending-resistance and compression-resistance, and high operational reliability.
