    Analysis of China Steel Tubular Product Manufacturers' Competitive Strategy for US Market

    • 摘要: 中國是世界最大的鋼管生產(chǎn)國和出口國,美國市場是中國鋼管企業(yè)保持國際市場份額的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。2008年金融危機(jī)以來,美國頻繁出臺對中國鋼管產(chǎn)品的反傾銷、反補(bǔ)貼制裁,雙方貿(mào)易摩擦問題凸顯。從美國鋼管市場供需情況、本地生產(chǎn)企業(yè)特點、行業(yè)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等方面進(jìn)行深入分析,指出了以轉(zhuǎn)變市場進(jìn)入模式、完善反傾銷反補(bǔ)貼應(yīng)對策略與多方位調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合的中國鋼管企業(yè)境外發(fā)展之路。

       

      Abstract: As the largest steel pipe producer and supplier in the world,China is making effort to maintain its share in the global market,particularly that in the US market.Since the 2008 global financial crisis,the Sino-US economic/trade frictions and disputes have got more and more glaring due to relevant actions like antidumping and countervailing duty sanctions as frequently imposed by the US side.Based on an in-deep analysis involving such aspects as the supply-demand situation in the US market,the characteristics of the local pipe producers and industrial technical economical index,etc.,suggestions for better development of Chinese steel pipe-makers in US are proposed,including changing of the market entry mode,perfecting tactics against the antidumping and countervailing duty measures,and all-round product-mix restructuring.
