    基于灰度的螺旋縫焊管X光焊縫識(shí)別

    Grayscale-based X-ray Weld Seam Recognition for SSAW Pipe

    • 摘要: 焊縫識(shí)別是螺旋縫焊管X光缺陷識(shí)別的基礎(chǔ)。以MATLAB軟件圖像處理工具箱IPT為基礎(chǔ)，根據(jù)螺旋縫焊管X光圖像的特征，通過(guò)中值濾波、屏蔽等預(yù)處理，利用圖像梯度及概率求取焊縫中心線，并進(jìn)一步精化，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)焊縫分割。通過(guò)實(shí)例給出識(shí)別算法，并分析該X光焊縫識(shí)別方法的適用性。

       

      Abstract: Welded seam identification is the major purpose of X-ray defect recognition technique for the spiral welded pipe.Based on the MATLAB image toolbox IPT, and according to the characteristics of the X-ray image of the spiral welded pipe, welded seam segmentation is implemented by means of median filtering, ROI shielding pretreatment, and using the image gradient and probability to calculate the weld centerline which is then further refined.Finally, the recognition algorithm is described with actual examples, and the applicability of the X-ray weld seam recognition method is analyzed.
