    用LG55冷軋管機軋制小直徑不銹鋼管孔型改進

    PASS MODIFICATION OF LG55 COLD-ROLLING PIPE MILL FOR MAKING SMALL-SIZED STAINLESS STEEL TUBES

    • 摘要: 介紹了LG55冷軋管機使用Φ7~32mm、Φ50~32mm孔型軋制小直徑不銹鋼管的工藝特點。試驗表明,兩種孔型可行,且Φ57~32mm孔型的綜合使用效果更好。

       

      Abstract: The paper presents a description about the technological features of the process to produce small-sized stainless steel tubes by the LG55 cold-rolling pipe mill with Φ57-32mm/Φ50-32mm passes.The result of relevant trial operation shows that the said two pass ranges are effective,whereas the former seems to be more satisfactory in terms of comprehensive operational performance.
