    石油鉆桿摩擦焊后內(nèi)沖技術(shù)的探討

    Discussion on Internal Punching Process for Friction-welded Oil Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)石油鉆桿內(nèi)焊環(huán)沖切技術(shù)要求,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從內(nèi)沖系統(tǒng)基本結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),分別探討了動(dòng)力、平衡、傳動(dòng)、沖切、定位功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)并提供了參考方案,介紹了各組件主要技術(shù)要求及工藝要點(diǎn),同時(shí)總結(jié)了工件定位要求、內(nèi)沖前檢查要求、內(nèi)沖后檢查要求及一些主要檢測手段。應(yīng)用效果表明:采用合理的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),通過對(duì)內(nèi)沖技術(shù)各要素的控制,可以有效提高內(nèi)沖一次成功率。

       

      Abstract: Based on the technical requirements for removal of the internal welding ring of the oil drill pipe,the field production experience,and basic structure of the internal punching system,realization of all the functions of the system are discussed,including power,balancing,driving,punching and positioning. And accordingly relevant reference scheme is proposed. Also elaborated here in the paper are the main technical requirements and process tips of each individual unit of the system. Moreover summarized are the work-piece positioning requirement,the pre-punching and post-punching check requirements,and related major inspection/measurement methods. The actual application result shows that the onetime success rate of the internal punching operation can be improved by means of adopting a reasonable system structure and properly controlling of various key elements associated with the internal punching process.
