    EFFECTS OF DIE CONFIGURATION ON COLD-DRAWING DEFORMATION OF INTERNAL-RIBBED STEEL TUBE

    • 摘要: 在模具設計的基礎上提出了模具的形狀參數(shù),探討了形狀參數(shù)對內直筋鋼管冷拔成型的影響。根據(jù)實驗結果,確定了合理的模具形狀參數(shù)值,從而為模具設計提供了重要依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: Based on the die design, the parameters of die configuration are put forward, and the effects of the parameters on the cold-drawing deformation of internal-ribbed steel pipes are approached. According to the experimental result, the proper die configuration parameters are determined which will provide key data for die design.
