    斜軋鋼管矯正機(jī)壓扁量的確定

    DETERMINATION OF FLATTENING RATE OF CROSS-ROLL PIPE STRAIGHTENER

    • 摘要: 對彈性極限壓扁力和壓扁量進(jìn)行了分析,應(yīng)用彈塑性彎曲理論對鋼管壓扁矯正過程中的各曲率值進(jìn)行了定量計算。在保證矯正質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了確定壓扁量的方法,為矯正機(jī)的合理操作提供了理論依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: Based on analysis of the elastic limit flattening pressure and the flattening rate, calculation of various curvature measures involved in the steel tube flattening/straightening process is made with the elastic-plastic bending theory.A method for determining flattening rate to ensure straightening quality is proposed, which provides a basis for proper operation of the straightener.
