    焊接鋼管焊縫圖像處理方法探討

    Discussion on Method for Processing of Weld Seam Image of Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)現(xiàn)行X射線焊縫檢測方式下圖像產(chǎn)生的機理及圖像的特點,從開發(fā)實用軟件的角度探討了焊接鋼管焊縫檢測圖像的處理方法,并結(jié)合實際開發(fā)過程中的經(jīng)驗,給出了焊縫圖像計算機處理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的一些建議和具體做法,指出應(yīng)注意的問題。

       

      Abstract: Based on the image-forming mechanism of the X-ray detection technique for weld seam and the image characteristics as produced thereby,the image processing method is studied in a bid to develop relevant applicable software. In addition,some suggestions concerning development of the computer processing system for the weld seam image are proposed,and relevant measures detailed,and related key issues emphasized.
