    X65Q管線鋼管強(qiáng)度超標(biāo)的熱處理改善措施研究

    Study on Countermeasures to Improve Heat Treatment Process as Causing Standard-exceeding Strength of X65Q Steel Linepipe

    • 摘要: 介紹管線鋼HOP在線熱配分處理技術(shù),通過該技術(shù)可獲得貝氏體+馬氏體/奧氏體復(fù)相組織。某公司采用HOP技術(shù)生產(chǎn)X65Q管線鋼管,但淬火+回火態(tài)交貨產(chǎn)品的強(qiáng)度超出API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。分析造成X65Q管線鋼管強(qiáng)度超標(biāo)的原因,對管體進(jìn)行系列回火熱處理工藝研究,并分析回火溫度對其組織性能的影響。分析認(rèn)為:X65Q管線鋼管強(qiáng)度超標(biāo)疑是回火溫度偏低或保溫時(shí)間不足所致;采用650~680℃回火后保溫60 min、400℃后出爐空冷的工藝,可使X65管線鋼管的強(qiáng)度滿足API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,有效改善強(qiáng)度超標(biāo)缺欠。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article is the heat on-line partitioning technology(HOPtechnology)for the linepipe steel which makes it possible to get the bainite+martensite/austenite complex structure.Though the X65Q steel linepipe is pro- duced by a certain domestic company with the HOP technology,but under the as-tempered & quenched furnishing condition its strength exceeds the specific API value.The reason for the excessive strength is investigated,serial studies on the heat treatment processes as applied to the pipe body are conducted,and the effect by the tempering temperature on the pipe body microstructure property is analyzed.The analysis result reveals that the excessive strength of the X65Q steel linepipe is caused by the rather low tempering temperature or the insufficient soaking time.Therefore it is possible to get the X65 steel linepipe having the strength up to relevant API requirement by means of adopting the process that involves 650~680℃tempering temperature,60 min.soaking time,and air-cooling of the pipe after running out of the furnace at 400℃.As a result,the problem of defective excessive strength is fixed.
