國(guó)產(chǎn)中頻加熱電源裝置在管端加厚機(jī)上的應(yīng)用

Application of Home-made Medium-frequency Induction Heating Power-supply System to Tube-end Upsetting Machine

摘要: 寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司鋼管分公司管端加厚機(jī)的管端局部加熱裝置原采用德國(guó)提供的中頻感應(yīng)加熱電源裝置,因長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行致使其性能老化,不能滿足生產(chǎn)要求,現(xiàn)已采用國(guó)產(chǎn)裝置替代。介紹了該國(guó)產(chǎn)裝置的組成、特點(diǎn)及控制回路原理。實(shí)踐證明,國(guó)產(chǎn)裝置同樣具有穩(wěn)定可靠、控制精確、保護(hù)功能齊全等特點(diǎn)。使用該國(guó)產(chǎn)裝置已取得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。

Abstract: With long-term operation, the German-made medium-frequency induction heating power-supply system used for the tube-end upsetting machine had been functionally weakened, being no longer satisfactory to the need for normal production. A new home-made system of the same kind has been substituted for the old one. Described here in the paper are the main aspects of the said China-made system, including the composition, features and the work principle of the control circuit, etc. Actual operation result shows that the said China-made system is no less than the original Germany product in terms of operation consistency and reliability, control accuracy and protective functions, having brought the user about considerable economic benefit.
