    關(guān)于將均勻延伸率納入管線鋼管技術(shù)指標(biāo)的探討

    Discussion on Fitting Uniform Elongation into Technical Specification of Steel Linepipe

    • 摘要: 針對APISpec 5L—2012標(biāo)準(zhǔn)10.2.4條對拉伸試驗要求不嚴密,Oliver伸長率換算公式不適用于高鋼級管線鋼管的問題,探討了將均勻延伸率(即最大力總延伸率)納入管線鋼管技術(shù)指標(biāo)的優(yōu)點。分析認為:均勻延伸率與試樣的形式、尺寸沒有關(guān)系;將均勻延伸率作為管線鋼管的技術(shù)指標(biāo)進行要求,可以避開不同類型尺寸拉伸試樣斷后伸長率的換算問題。建議將均勻延伸率納入管線鋼管技術(shù)指標(biāo)。

       

      Abstract: The requirement for the tensile test as specified under Article 10.2.4 of API Spec 5L—2012 is not strict,while the conversion equation for Oliver elongation rate is not applicable to the high grade steel linepipe. Addressing the problems,here in the essay the advantages as possibly to be brought about by fitting the uniform elongation rate(i.e.,themaximum force general elongation rate)into the technical specification for the steel linepipe are analyzed.As a result,the conclusion ismade as follows.The uniform elongation rate has nothing to do with the shape and size of the specimen.And if the uniform elongation rate is taken as a technical target,and specified under app licable technical specification for the steel linepipe,it is possible to avoid any trouble caused by conversion of the elongation rate as resulting from breaking of tensile test specimenswith different sizes.Therefore it is suggested to fit the uniform elongation rate into applicable technical specification for the steel linepipe.
