Quality Optimization of Cold-bent Square and Rectangular Steel Tubes

摘要: 結(jié)合武鋼集團(tuán)漢口軋鋼廠的實(shí)際情況,介紹了采用直接成型方式生產(chǎn)的大型厚壁冷彎方、矩形鋼管在形狀、焊縫質(zhì)量等方面可能存在的缺陷,分析缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因,提出了改進(jìn)的措施并取得明顯的效果。Abstract: Discussed are the possible defects relating to the shapes and seam quality of the large-sized heavy-wall cold-bent square and rectangular steel tubes as produced by Hankou Rolling-forming Plant,WISCO with the direct-forming process. Also analyzed are the causes of the defects. Accordingly countermeasures are proposed,having resulted in considerable operation effectiveness.
