    微張力減徑機(jī)軋輥位移的消除措施

    ELIMINATION OF ROLL DISPLACEMENT ON MINI-STRETCH REDUCING MILL

    • 摘要: 分析了微張力減徑機(jī)軋輥位移的產(chǎn)生原因以及對鋼管外表面質(zhì)量的影響。在不改變機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)的前提下,采取有效的措施,可以消除軋輥的位移,滿足生產(chǎn)的需要。

       

      Abstract: The paper analyzed the causes of roll displacement on mini-stretch reducing mill and the influences of displacement on external-surface quality of steel pipe. The roll displacement can be eliminated by taking efficient measures without change of roll stand structure, so as to meet the production requirements.
