川氣東送管道工程用國(guó)產(chǎn)X70鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管的性能分析
Performance Analysis of Home-made X70 SAWL Pipes Used for Sichuan-East Natural Gas Pipeline Project

摘要: 對(duì)川氣東送管道工程用國(guó)產(chǎn)X70鋼級(jí)Φ1 016 mm×21 mm直縫埋弧焊管的化學(xué)成分、拉伸性能、沖擊性能等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并將其與西氣東輸一線工程中進(jìn)口的同類(lèi)鋼管進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明,國(guó)產(chǎn)X70鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管的強(qiáng)度、低溫沖擊韌性等力學(xué)性能優(yōu)異,已達(dá)到進(jìn)口的同類(lèi)鋼管水平。Abstract: Statistically analyzed in the article are the chemical composition,the tensile property and the impact property of the Φ1 016 mm×21 mm X70 SAWL pipe as used for the Sichuan-East Natural Gas Pipeline Project.Additionally a comparison of the said pipe with the similar pipes imported from abroad for the same project is also made.As a result,it is identified that the former has been of the same excellent level as that of the latter in terms of strength and mechanical properties like low-temperature impact property.
