    Comment on GB/T 8162—2018 Seamless Steel Tubes for Structural Purposes

    • 摘要: 簡述GB/T 8162—2018《結(jié)構(gòu)用無縫鋼管》新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修改情況，從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的采標(biāo)及尺寸允許偏差方面與國內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行對比，分析新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)增加或刪減的牌號和化學(xué)成分、鋼管制作方法、力學(xué)性能、鍍鋅層等技術(shù)指標(biāo)，并對GB/T 8162—2018新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的執(zhí)行提出建議。分析認(rèn)為：GB/T 8162—2018標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中刪除的12CrMo、15CrMo、12CrMoV、12Cr1MoV等牌號的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)按照GB/T 6479—2013、GB/T 9948—2013和GB/T 5310—2017訂貨；GB/T 1591—2018新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的修改內(nèi)容并未在GB/T 8162—2018體現(xiàn)，應(yīng)對GB/T 8162—2018適時(shí)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)修改，使不同鋼材產(chǎn)品的要求保持一致，方便下游設(shè)計(jì)選材。

       

      Abstract: The revision status of the new standard, GB/T 8162-2018 Seamless Steel Tubes for Structural Purposes is briefed here in the article.The said standard is compared with associated domestic and foreign standards in terms of standard adoption and permissible dimension deviation.Major aspects of the newly-revised standard are analyzed, including the types as added or expurgated, and the technical indexes like chemical compositions, mechanical properties and galvanlized coating etc.Accordingly suggestions are also put forward for implementation of the revised GB/T 8162-2018.It is concluded via the analysis that for purchase of products with types of 12CrMo, 15CrMo, 12CrMoV and 12Cr-1MoV as removed from GB/T 8162-2018, Standards GB/T 6479-2013, GB/T 9948-2013 and GB/T 5310-2017 should be followed.The contents as revised in the new GB/T 1591-2018 have not been reflected in GB/T 8162-2018.It is regarded that GB/T 8162-2018 should be timely and correspondently amended in order to get the requirements for different steel goods keeping consistent with each other so as to facilitate material selection for the down stream design.
