    圓坯水平連鑄凝固傳熱過程數(shù)學(xué)模擬及分析

    MATH SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF HEAT-TRANSFER DURING HCC ROUND SOLIDIFICATION

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)成都無縫鋼管廠水平連鑄的生產(chǎn)實踐,建立了較大斷面鑄坯凝固傳熱過程數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過數(shù)學(xué)模擬仿真,找出鑄坯在結(jié)晶器和噴水區(qū)內(nèi)凝固傳熱過程的溫度場變化,凝殼生長規(guī)律及液芯長度等與澆注參數(shù)(拉速,澆注溫度)的關(guān)系。

       

      Abstract: Based on the operation of horizontal continuous casting conducted by Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Plant, a math simulator for heat-transfer during large-sized HCC bloom solidification has been set up.With the math simulation, changes of the temperature fields of the bloom in the mould and the spray section during heat-transfer thereof and the relationship between such elements as the skull developing law and the liquid core length and casting parameters(withdrawing speed, casting temperature etc.) can be obtained.
