    球墨鑄鐵導(dǎo)盤常見缺陷的分析與對策

    Analysis of and Countermeasures for Common Defects of Guide Disc Made in Nodular Cast Iron

    • 摘要: 無縫鋼管穿孔機和軋管機用導(dǎo)盤材質(zhì)采用綜合機械性能較好的球墨鑄鐵是較為理想的選擇,但在鉻、鎳、鉬合金球墨鑄鐵導(dǎo)盤的生產(chǎn)中常出現(xiàn)球化不良、球化衰退、縮孔縮松、夾渣、皮下氣孔等鑄造缺陷。分析了缺陷特征及影響因素,并根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實際情況提出相應(yīng)對策和防止缺陷產(chǎn)生的措施。

       

      Abstract: It is rather reasonable to use the nodular cast iron possessing in good combination properties as the material for the guide disc of the seamless steel pipe piercing mill and rolling mill.However, when producing the said guide disc with the chrome-nickel-molybdenum alloy nodular cast iron, defects resulting from the casting process are frequently found, including abnormal or declined nodularization, shrinkage porosity, inclusion and subsurface porosity, etc.Analyzed are the characteristics of these defects and the influential elements thereof.Accordingly, countermeasures and preventative actions against the defects are proposed taking consideration of the actual production circumstances into consideration.
