    Cold-rolling Pipe Mill Roll Processing and Tool Design

    • 摘要: 冶鋼集團(tuán)鋼管公司的冷軋線裝備有德國米爾公司生產(chǎn)的SKW75VMR、SKW125VMR型超長行程冷軋管機(jī),其軋輥孔型加工也采用德國米爾公司生產(chǎn)的KB-47孔型開槽機(jī)。介紹了KB-47孔型開槽機(jī)的加工范圍和工作原理。結(jié)合冷軋輥孔型設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,闡述了加工環(huán)型軋輥的專用工具準(zhǔn)備過程和孔型凸輪樣板的設(shè)計(jì)加工方法。

       

      Abstract: For groove processing of the rolls used by the German Meer-made SKW75VMR and SKW125VMR ultra-long stroke cold-rolling pipe mills located at the cold-rolling facility of Steel Tube Co.,Ltd.,Yegang Group,the KB-47roll grooving cutting machine made by the same German company is used.In the article,the processing scope and working principle of the machine are detailed.In addition,the author also describes the preparation for the special tools used to process the ring-type roll and the design of and process method for the groove cam template.
