鋼管加工中心自動找正電氣系統(tǒng)的研制與應用

Development and Application of Electrical System for Automatic Centering in Steel Pipe Machining

摘要: 倒棱機用于無縫鋼管兩端面的加工,以滿足相關標準對管端的要求。介紹了一種應用于無縫鋼管倒棱機在線設備上的高精度鋼管加工中心自動找正電氣系統(tǒng)的設計思想、理論依據(jù)、測量控制系統(tǒng)、軟硬件配置及技術(shù)特點。應用效果表明,該系統(tǒng)運行安全可靠,操作簡單實用,維護方便,生產(chǎn)效率高。

Abstract: The chamfering machine is used for facing both ends of the seamless steel pipe to ensure the ends up to applicable standard-specified criteria. Described in the paper is a hi-prevision electrical system for centering of seamless steel pipe as being machined with the in-line chamfering machine, covering such aspects as the working principle,the design concept,the theoretic basis,the calculation formula as well as the hardware configuration and the software flow chart,etc. The actual operation result show that the said auto-centering system is capable of safe and easy operation, and features convenient maintenance and high productivity.
