    PQF、CPS和PAM軋管新工藝淺論

    Discussion on New Pipe Rolling Processes of PQF, CPS and PAM

    • 摘要: 介紹了自曼內(nèi)斯曼兄弟發(fā)明斜軋穿孔工藝以來,連續(xù)軋管、三輥軋管、MPM軋管、行星軋管工藝相繼發(fā)明并投入生產(chǎn)的簡要情況。近些年,CPS軋管工藝在南非已進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);第1臺PQF軋管機(jī)組已在中國天津投產(chǎn);行星阿塞爾(PAM)的設(shè)想已有雛形。簡述PQF、CPS和PAM這3項(xiàng)軋管新工藝的特點(diǎn),分別對其“新”的程度進(jìn)行了比較和評價。指出PAM工藝將有可能從設(shè)想變成現(xiàn)實(shí),并預(yù)測未來鋼管生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域還會有重大發(fā)明。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper is the history concerning inventions and operations of the seamless steel tube rolling processes,namely continuous rolling,three-roll rolling,MPM,and planetary mill,which were born Subsequent to the invention of the rotary piercing process by the Mannesmann brothers. Over the recent years,the CPS process has been experimented in South Africa;the first PQF mill has been put into operation in Tianjin,China,and the embryonic form of the planetary Assel mill(PAM) has been conceived. Also briefed are the respective features of the said three new pipe rolling processes,and a comparison of the advancement levels of the three processes as "new" techniques and evaluations thereof are made. The author forecasts a possibility of turning the PAM dream into reality some day in the future,and more sensational inventions to be made in the arena of steel tube industry.
