限動芯棒連軋管技術(shù)的發(fā)展及大直徑機組的建設(shè)(中)

Development of MPM Technology and Cons truction of Large- sized MPMs（PartⅡ）

摘要: 簡述了限動芯棒連軋管機（MPM）的發(fā)明和發(fā)展,以及世界各國建設(shè)限動芯棒連軋管機組的概況。對目前世界上已建成投產(chǎn)的3套大直徑連軋管機組,即意大利達爾明公司的Φ340mm（14in）連軋管機組、俄羅斯伏爾加鋼管廠的Φ426mm（16in）連軋管機組、日本住友金屬工業(yè)公司和歌山廠的Φ426mm（16in）連軋管機組的設(shè)備組成、生產(chǎn)工藝流程、生產(chǎn)工具、生產(chǎn)情況、產(chǎn)品品種以及存在的技術(shù)問題等分別進行了系統(tǒng)的介紹。

Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the invention and development of the MPM as well as the situations concerning construction of such kind of pipe mill throughout the world.Also detailed here are the worldwide currently - operated three large - sized MPMs,i.e.,the Φ340 mm（14in）MPM of Dalmine,Italy,the Φ426 mm（16in）MPM of Volzhsky Pipe Plant,Russia and the Φ426 mm（16in）MPM of Sumitomo Metals’ Wakayama Pipe Plant,Japan,covering such aspects as equipment configuration,manufacturing process flow,operational tooling,operation situation,product mix and existing technical problems.
