    油氣輸送管道工程用板材質(zhì)量狀況分析

    Analysis of Quality Status of Steel Plates as Used for Making Pipes for Oil-and-gas Pipeline Service

    • 摘要: 統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了近年來國(guó)內(nèi)大型油氣輸送長(zhǎng)輸管道工程用鋼管質(zhì)量狀況,主要包括板材質(zhì)量問題、不合格鋼管原因分布和失效事故情況等。指出板材質(zhì)量缺陷是造成管道失效事故的主要原因之一;與進(jìn)口X80鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管相比,國(guó)產(chǎn)X80鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管的屈服強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方差高50%,距離國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平還有一定差距。通過統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析管道用鋼管的質(zhì)量狀況,以期為管道項(xiàng)目建設(shè)單位決策提供幫助。

       

      Abstract: Statistical analysis is conducted for the quality status of steel tubes and pipes having been used for domestic large-scale long-distance oil-and-gas pipeline projects in recent years,mainly involving quality problems related to steel plates and coils,failure cause distribution of nonconforming tubes and pipes,and failure accident of the pipeline. It is pointed out that defective quality of the steel plate is mainly responsible for the pipeline failure accident. Compared with the imported X80 SAWL pipe,the home-made X80 SAWL pipe's standard deviation of tested yield strength is higher than that of the former by 50%,which shows that there is still a certain gap between the latter and relevant international advanced level. It is hoped to provide support to pipeline construction companies via such statistics and analysis of quality of steel pipes as used for pipeline service.
