    調(diào)質(zhì)無縫鋼管的熱擴(kuò)工藝探討

    Discussion on Hot Expanding Process for Quenched and Tempered Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 選取具有抗低溫(-100℃)沖擊性能的含Ni低碳鋼,分析該鋼種熱軋成鋼管后直接熱擴(kuò)、熱軋后調(diào)質(zhì)、熱軋后調(diào)質(zhì)再熱擴(kuò)、熱軋后熱擴(kuò)再調(diào)質(zhì)4種處理方式的無縫鋼管的力學(xué)性能變化規(guī)律及其金相組織。分析認(rèn)為:相比其他幾種工藝,熱軋后直接熱擴(kuò)的產(chǎn)品拉伸性能偏低,-100℃沖擊功幾乎為0;對于變徑量大的熱擴(kuò)管,雖然熱擴(kuò)原料管調(diào)質(zhì)后的性能好,但熱擴(kuò)后無縫鋼管機(jī)械性能下降幅度大,特別是低溫沖擊性能;低碳錳鋼及微合金鋼原料管調(diào)質(zhì)后,在變徑量不大時(shí),可直接熱擴(kuò)成大直徑薄壁無縫鋼管。

       

      Abstract: A low carbon steel(with Ni addition) with low temperature(-100℃) impact resistance is selected to analyze how 4 kinds of treament processes affect the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the seamless steel pipe made by it, i.e.hot rolling+hot expanding, hot rolling+quenching& tempering, hot rolling+quenching& tempering+hot expanding, and hot rolling+hot expanding+quenching& tempering.The analysis leads to the following conclusions.Comparing to other processes, the hot-rolled and hot-expanded product has lower tensile strength and its-100℃ impact energy is almost 0.For hot-expanded pipe with a big diameter change, although the mother pipe before expanding has good properties after quenching& tempering, the properties of the expanded seamless steel pipe are decreased, especially its low temperature impact toughness.And when diameter change is not big, the low carbon manganese steel/low alloy steel mother pipes, after quenching& tempering, can be directly hot-expanded to big diameter thin wall seamless steel pipes.
