摘要: 在國際油價大幅下跌的背景下，從鋼管銷售量、盈利能力、市場分布、資產(chǎn)負債情況和償債能力等方面，分析了2015年Tenaris集團和Vallourec集團兩大鋼管集團的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營情況；簡要介紹了Vallourec集團提出的新一輪戰(zhàn)略刺激計劃。分析認為：2015年Tenaris集團和Vallourec集團的經(jīng)營業(yè)績都明顯下滑，北美成為全球最低迷的市場；兩大鋼管集團對2016年市場依然不看好，經(jīng)營情況面臨巨大壓力。

Abstract: Analyzed in the paper on the general background of the big falling of global oil price，are the production and operation situations of the two world big steel tube groups，Tenaris and Vallourec in 2015，involving such major aspects as sales volume，profitability，market distribution，assets and liabilities and debt-paying ability，etc.Also briefed here are the renewed major strategic initiatives.The analysis shows that in 2015，the profit achievements of the two groups had obviously declined，having their markets as the most depressed in North America.As for their market prospects in 2016，the two big groups are not so optimistic.And it is also expected that the two groups’operations will be under tremendous pressure.
