    Production Practice of 65Mn-1 Seamless Steel Pipe for Conveyance Piping of Concrete Pump Truck

    • 摘要: 研究耐磨65Mn-1混凝土泵車輸送管道用無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)工藝，包括成分設(shè)計、冶煉工藝、制管工藝和熱處理工藝。在成分設(shè)計上通過添加適量的Cr和Ti元素，增加鋼的淬透性和晶粒細化作用，同時研究冶煉、軋管和熱處理工藝的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及保證措施。結(jié)果表明：采用“VD連鑄坯→Φ159 mm連軋管機組軋制→連續(xù)爐去應(yīng)力退火”工藝生產(chǎn)混凝土泵車輸送管道用耐磨無縫鋼管，其生產(chǎn)效率高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，產(chǎn)品各項性能均滿足用戶的實際使用要求。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the paper is the manufacturing process of the wear-resistant 65Mn-1 seamless steel pipe for conveyance piping of the concrete pump truck, involving chemical composition design, smelting process, pipe-making process and heat treatment process.For the chemical composition design, with adding appropriate amounts of Cr and Ti elements, the hardenability and grain refinement of the steel are improved.At the same time, the key techniques and assurance measures for smelting, pipe-making and heat treatment processes are studied.The results show that adapting the process of "VD continuous cast billet→rolling with Φ159 mm MPM→stress-relief annealing via continuous furnace" to produce the wear-resisting seamless steel pipe for conveyance piping of the concrete pump truck will ensure high production efficiency and consistent quality of pipes, and all product performances up to the actual application requirements by the user.
