我國(guó)首條雙頭高壓水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)生產(chǎn)線的研制

The Research & Development of the First Domestic Manufacture Line of Dual-head High Pressure Hydraulic Testing Machine

摘要: 介紹了西安重型機(jī)械研究所研制開(kāi)發(fā)的國(guó)內(nèi)首條雙頭高壓水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)生產(chǎn)線的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和性能參數(shù)。該水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)中增壓器與充水頭設(shè)計(jì)成一體,排氣頭采用了機(jī)械絲桿螺母?jìng)鲃?dòng)形式,試壓鋼管的密封采用了具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的軸向預(yù)壓緊大間隙組合密封圈,還采用了具有先進(jìn)水平的小流量泄露監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)警裝置。該生產(chǎn)線已順利投產(chǎn)。

Abstract: Described are the structure features and the performance parameters of the first domestic manufacture line of the dual-head high pressure hydraulic testing machine,developed by Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute.The pressure intensifier and the water filling head are designedly integrated in the hydraulic testing machine,provided with the mechanical feed screw nut as the driven mode for the air exhaust head,with the international advanced axial pre-tightening and assembling sealing ring having large clearance as its sealing,and also with the advanced small flow leakage monitoring alarm device in the machine.The manufacture line has been successfully put into operation.
