摘要: 霸州鋼管廠依靠科技進(jìn)步,加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)、供、銷一體化管理,利用國內(nèi)設(shè)備,開發(fā)生產(chǎn)了技術(shù)性能高、生產(chǎn)難度大的英國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A級(jí)熱鍍鋅切絲鋼管——"小地球",占領(lǐng)了東南亞國家、地區(qū)和國內(nèi)東南沿海開放地區(qū)市場,產(chǎn)值利稅連年翻番,成為"小型巨人企業(yè)"。二期改造工程投產(chǎn)后,該廠將成為華北地區(qū)生產(chǎn)裝備水平、產(chǎn)品檔次和產(chǎn)量最高,利稅達(dá)2000萬元的鋼管廠。介紹了該廠開發(fā)生產(chǎn)"小地球"產(chǎn)品及其發(fā)展概況。Abstract: Bazhou Steel Pipe Plant has developed and produced the 'Small Earth' brand high performance and difficult to produce hot galvanized threaded steel pipes whichare up BS Standards Grade A on its demostic equipment by relying on science & technology advancement, stressing the unified management of production, supply and sales.The products are selling well in the southeast Asian countries and regions as well as south- east coastal regions in the country,with its turnover and profit are doubled continuously, thus becoming a 'Giant among Mini-enterprise'. After the second Phase revamp project is put into operation, the plant will become the highest in the field of production installation level,product quality and quantity in North China, with profit annually up to 20million RMB. The paper briefs the plant's development, production and expansion of 'Small Earth' brand steel pipes.
