摘要: 隨著軋管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和一些鋼管新機(jī)組的相繼建成投產(chǎn),熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量缺陷的種類和表現(xiàn)形式也在發(fā)生變化,對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量缺陷準(zhǔn)確界定提出了新的要求。介紹了熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量缺陷的類別和表示方法。提出了鋼管行業(yè)編制缺陷圖譜和制定有關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的問(wèn)題。Abstract: Along with the continuous development of steel tube manufacturing technology and owing to the fact that more and more new tube mills are being put into operation,the defect types of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes are ever changing.Therefore it is required to accurately re-define the product quality defects.Involved in the article are related issues including the types and legends of quality defects of seamless steel tubes and the proposals related to establish defect atlas and defect criteria of the steel tube-making industry.
