    R & D of A Specially-drift-tested SSC-resistant and Collapse-resistant Casing

    • 摘要: 分析了影響套管抗硫化物應力腐蝕(SSC)性能和抗擠毀性能的主要因素,指出抗SSC性能主要受材料組織結構、化學成分、硬度和強度、夾雜物等因素影響;抗擠毀性能主要受管體幾何尺寸和力學性能的影響。介紹了一種特殊通徑抗SSC及抗擠毀套管的研制過程及主要工序控制。經檢驗:生產的套管夾雜物少,力學性能穩(wěn)定,尺寸精度高,滿足特殊通徑、抗SSC及抗擠毀套管的綜合性能需求。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the article are the major factors affecting SSC resistance and collapse resistance of the casing. It is identified that the SSC resistance is mainly subjected to the influences by such factors as microstructure, chemical composition,hardness and strength,and inclusions,etc.,while collapse resistance is mainly subjected to influences by geometric dimensions and mechanical properties of the pipe. Elaborated here in the essay are the R & D activities and controlling of major manufacturing process steps of a specially-drift-tested SSC resistant and collapse resistant casing. Relevant test results show that the newly-developed casing features low inclusion quantity,stable mechanical properties, and high dimensional accuracy, being satisfactory to the comprehensive performance requirements concerning special drift test,and SSC resistance and collapse resistance.
