焊管機(jī)組在線內(nèi)毛刺清除裝置的研制

摘要: 介紹了Φ114mm直線排輥成型機(jī)組的在線內(nèi)毛刺清除裝置的整體結(jié)構(gòu)和刀體結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，解決了磁棒更換、磁棒撐桿選材和焊接積瘤處理方面的問題。同時(shí)指出，該內(nèi)毛刺清除裝置仍需不斷改進(jìn)，以達(dá)到較高的焊管裝備水平。Abstract: Introduced in the article is features of the overall structure and the tool body structure of the inner-deburring system of Φ114mm weld pipe straight roll-row forming mill. Problems concerning the sysem were solved,including change of the magnetic rod,material selection of the magnetic bar and the support bar and weld beading, etc. It is POinted that the said system needs to be further improved to meet a higher technical level of weld pipe-making equipment.
