摘要: 提出了一種簡易的鋼管縮口工藝實施方案,即利用閑置的舊車床,采用冷滾壓法實現(xiàn)鋼管的端部縮徑;介紹了實現(xiàn)該工藝所需的縮口工具的設(shè)計與制造方法。實際應(yīng)用表明,冷滾壓鋼管縮口工藝簡易可行,縮口工具裝卸方便,經(jīng)縮口的鋼管變形均勻。Abstract: Proposed in the essay is an implementing scheme of a simple and easy cold-rolling process for pointing of the steel tube.The scheme involves using some lathe in idle to point end of the steel tube with the cold-rolling process.Presented in the paper are the design and manufacturing methods for the operation tools as used for the said process.The actual application result shows that the cold-rolling process is simple,and easy to be performed,while the operation tools are convenient for mounting and dismounting.And the steel tube as pointed with this process is just subjected to uniform deformation.
