DEVELOPMENT OF 12CrlMoV STEEL PIPE BANDED ORIENTATION AND RELEVANT ELIMINATION MEASURES

摘要: 采用外徑≤ 60mm、壁厚≤ 10mm的12CrlMoV鋼管進(jìn)行了多種熱處理試驗(yàn),分析了鋼管帶狀組織的成因和消除方法。試驗(yàn)表明,鋼管出現(xiàn)的帶狀組織與其最終熱處理有關(guān),應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)確地控制熱處理的加熱溫度和冷卻速度,消除帶狀組織。Abstract: Factors responsible for development of banded orientation in the steel pipe and possible eliminating measures were investigated via different heat treatment tests with l2CrlMoV steel pipes with O.D. ≤ 60mm and W.T. ≤ 10mm. The test results show that the development of the said banded orientation is related to the final heat treatment of the pipe and that the defect could be eliminated by strict control of temperature and cooling speed during heat treatment as per relevant criteria.
