摘要: 對(duì)13Cr油管接箍的黏結(jié)形貌、化學(xué)成分、拉伸性能、沖擊性能、洛氏硬度及顯微組織進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，以分析該油管接箍泄漏的原因。分析結(jié)果表明：失效接箍材料的性能符合相關(guān)要求；螺紋擰緊操作不規(guī)范是13Cr接箍泄漏和坐封封隔器無法保持壓力的主要原因。Abstract: Tested are the thread galling,chemical composition,tensile property,impact property,Rockwell hardness and microstructure of the 13Cr tubing coupling to identify causes for leakage thereof.The results show that the properties of the failing coupling meet the related requirements and that the leakage of the coupling and the sealing packer failure to maintain proper pressure are induced by inappropriate operation during the make-up process.
