    AN APPROACH TO CALCULATING THE PROCESS PARAMETERS OF THE WITHDREWING & STRAIGHTENING SYSTEM IN AN ARC CC MACHINE FOR ROUND BILLETS

    • 摘要: 分析并計(jì)算了弧形連鑄圓管坯多點(diǎn)拉矯機(jī)的拉坯阻力、矯直力矩、矯直力和形變率,并揭示了多點(diǎn)拉矯時的剪切力,形變率和形變速度與鑄坯矯直質(zhì)量之間的關(guān)系,介紹了多點(diǎn)拉矯機(jī)的工作性能,為連鑄機(jī)的選型和設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: Withdrew resistance, straightening, torque, straightening force and formation rate of the multipoint withdrewing & straightening system of an arc CC machine for round billets are analyzed and calculated, the relationship between shear force, formation rate, formation speed during during multipoint withdrewing & straightening and billet quality after straightening as well as performances of the system are also described,which provided a reference for selection and desing of a CC machine.
