    ERW直縫焊管在生產(chǎn)中的質(zhì)量評(píng)定

    In-process Quality Evaluation of ERW Tube

    • 摘要: 介紹了ERW直縫焊管的質(zhì)量評(píng)定流程，包括在線無(wú)損探傷、焊縫內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)分析、破壞性試驗(yàn)（擴(kuò)口和壓扁）和液壓試驗(yàn)，并用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證其合理性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明：該套質(zhì)量評(píng)定流程完全滿足焊管的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，可為ERW直縫焊管的批量生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量保證提供依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay is the quality evaluation process flow for the ERW tube which consists on-line NDT，analysis of weld internal structure，destructive tests （flaring and flattening）and hydraulic test. The reasonability of the flow is verified via actual operation cases. And the test results show that the said quality evaluation process flow is in full compliance with the requirements under applicable welded tube specification，being capable of providing basis for massive production and quality assurance of ERW tubes.
