    脫管機定徑機軋輥倒角刀的改進

    IMPROVEMENT OF CHAMFER CUTTER FOR ROLLS OF PIPE EXTRACTOR AND SIZING MILL

    • 摘要: 脫管機和定徑機是天津鋼管公司軋管廠熱軋管生產(chǎn)線上的主要設(shè)備。脫管機、定徑機軋輥孔型的加工精度直接影響鋼管的外表面質(zhì)量。經(jīng)對軋輥加工刀具倒角刀的改進,解決了長期困擾生產(chǎn)的鋼管表面青線缺陷問題,取得了較好的實際效果和經(jīng)濟效益。

       

      Abstract: As major facilities of the hot-rolled pipe production line located in the pipe rolling division of Tianjin Steel Tube Corp.,the pipe extractor and sizing mill require high machining tolerance of their roll grooves which is in direct relation with outer surface quality of the product.The improved roll chamfer cutter has fixed the chronic problem of occurrance of linear marks on the tube surface,and brought about good result and considerable economic benefit.
