摘要: 通過對(duì)鑄機(jī)拉坯力計(jì)算,提出了拉矯機(jī)改造方案,新拉矯機(jī)改位置控制拉坯為壓力控制拉坯。采用此拉矯機(jī)可使鑄坯產(chǎn)量積質(zhì)量提高,改造效果顯著。Abstract: Based on the calculation of the withdrawal force for the above said continuous casting machine a modification programme was made,under which the withdrawal-control would be changed from position-control into pressure control.After being put into production,the modified withdrawal machines have brought greater output of cast billets with improved quality,showing consider-able effect of the technical modiflcation.
