    簡析螺旋縫埋弧焊預精焊機組的先進控制技術

    A Brief Discussion on Advanced Control Technologies for SAWH Pre-welding and Final-welding Operation Line

    • 摘要: 簡要介紹了螺旋縫埋弧焊管預精焊工藝的優(yōu)勢及流程，重點以鋼卷準備站、預焊區(qū)、后橋區(qū)、精焊區(qū)的設備為例，從不同角度詳細介紹了人機界面技術、PLC控制技術、網絡架構技術、伺服驅動技術等先進控制技術以及鋼管信息識別和追蹤技術在預精焊機組中的應用。這些技術之間關系緊密，共同保證了預精焊機組生產的高速度、高質量、高穩(wěn)定性，有利于進一步實現耗材低、速度快、質量好的螺旋縫埋弧焊管生產目標。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are the advantages and the flows of SAWH pre-welding and finalwelding processes. Focusing on the facilities located in the coil preparation station, the pre-welding area, the run-off area and the final-welding area, applications of all the major technologies as employed by the operation line are detailed from different point of view, involving a number of advanced technologies, namely, the human-machine interface technology, the PLC technology, the network architecture technology, and the servo-drive technology as well as the technology for identification and tracking of steel pipe information, etc. These technologies are closely related, which ensures that the pre-welding and final-welding line is operated with high speed, high product quality and high stability. Therefore it is expected to further realize the objectives concerning SAWH pipe production, i.e., low consumption, high operation speed and high product quality.
