    Study on Billet Heating Temperature of Φ35 m Rotary Hearth Furnace

    • 摘要: 針對包鋼Φ35m環(huán)形爐存在的影響管坯加熱質(zhì)量的問題,采用智能溫度測試儀(“黑匣子”)測試環(huán)形爐加熱管坯的溫度,找出影響環(huán)形爐管坯加熱質(zhì)量的因素;并以測試數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),優(yōu)化環(huán)形爐溫度制度和熱負荷分配等工藝制度,從而達到減少管坯氧化燒損,改善穿制毛管質(zhì)量,提高軋管成材率,穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)過程的目的。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problems of the Φ35 m rotary hearth furnace of Baogang with respect to billet heating quality,temperature of billets as heated thereby is measured by the intelligent temperature-measurement instrument (the “Black Box”) to identify the elements responsible for billet heating quality. Based on the data as measured,relevant process procedures such as the heating temperature range and thermal load distribution in the furnace are optimized so as to reduce the billet burning loss,improve the pierced shell quality,enhance the yield and stabilize the manufacture process.
